    上个菜

    今天贴个韭菜盒子，典型的山东小吃哈。我从小吃各种面食长大，花卷葱油饼水煎包肉夹馍羊肉串夹饼炸糕馅饼等等等等。最喜欢吃小时候古槐路上的老字号申家馅饼，灌汤猪肉馅，下锅油炸再趁热用锅铲在皮子上切个口儿打个鸡蛋进去，出锅一刀卡擦两半，金黄的鸡蛋伴着香喷喷的肉馅，就这么一边捧着一边吃回家，那叫一个香~~~哎，说着说着自己就馋了。

    那日闲着无聊就去美食小专家高静同学博客上转悠，还真是发现了不少好东西，于是依葫芦画瓢的做了这个韭菜盒子（据说也是静同学从某位美食高人博客上学习来的）。我很得意的自认为色香味俱全，连一向不碰面食的阿饼都主动要求吃了三个。尤其是这个韭菜香菇炸豆腐粉丝鸡蛋的馅儿很是精彩，而在面皮外面再裹一层春卷皮的创意更是让成品外焦里嫩。废话少说啦，上图。一手带着面粉一手用旧相机照的，分辨率不高，凑合看咯。

    好久好久没吃韭菜馅的了。上次的记忆是一个人去吃韭菜饺子，要了六两，完了后又加了一两，也就是6+1.。。直接导致我的胃火烧火燎的，之后很久很久没敢再吃。。。
